Ed Smith Stadium tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a ballpark with a bit of character and some local charm? Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota, Florida, is more than just a place to catch spring training games; it’s a spot that really feels like it’s part of the community. Opened back in 2010, the stadium first hosted the Baltimore Orioles against the Minnesota Twins, and honestly, it’s become a favorite for fans and families alike. The outfield reserve sections are a hit, especially for groups or families with kids, because there’s plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the game without feeling cramped. Plus, the Picnic Area is perfect if you want to grab some food and kick back during the game, or even for warm-up events. The surrounding recreational parks make it a great spot for relaxing before or after the game, and the whole place has that laid-back Florida vibe. Getting there is a breeze, just follow US-301 North until you hit Tuttle Blvd, or start from the local administration center and head south on Tuttle Street. Honestly, it’s one of those stadiums where you can tell the folks who run it really care about making sure everyone has a good time, whether you're a die-hard baseball fan or just looking for a fun day out with the family.
